Help!

I'm trying to register a new email account using figmedia. I've filled out the registration page at least a dozen times. However, after pressing the register button, which supposedly completes the registration process, I get a notice to check the fields marked red and try again. The field marked red is the one requesting my alternative email address (a perfectly functional gmail account which I use every day) and the field (s) requesting my password.

I had a helleva time just trying to register for the forum here. Took about 40 minutes of constant logging in. It kept bouncing me.

Would the ADMIN kindly fix the issue with the registration process.

warm regards,

Denise

Google mail registration has made more security for registration because of spammers. they ask for the mobile numbers to register. a code will be send to the mobile with that code only we can register .

Do you know the final secret of the Desperate Housewives, I can not wait to watching it. Idon't know how the ladies handle this murder. I would like to get a good ending. And say goodbye to the Desperate Housewives...

I have to say that I too had been experiencing the exact same issue when trying to register a direct mail (http://www.postcardmania.com/) account through figmedia. However, I am glad to let you know that the issue had been reported to the support team quite a while ago. The issue has been solved as far as I can see.

This issue was prominent for many new users trying to register an email account with figmedia. The support team has taken care of this issue quite some time back. Users will not be experiencing the issues again. If the issue again occurs, do let us know by updating here.

This has been a constant problem with most of the users here and still the admin is not responding to fix it. It is quite shocking!
